Stephan grew up raised by a single mother, and moved 33 times before age 18.  They were never in pain but also never owned a home of their own.  This gave Stephan the burning desire to OWN real estate at an early age, and BE THE LANDLORD.

Stephan began investing in real estate at as a teenager buying $300 lots in Demin, NM and flipping them online.  By age 23 he owned several rental properties in California and Las Vegas, NV.

When the crash hit in 2008 Stephan was a part of selling more than 200 individual homes on eBay!  Buying several of them for literally $1 as the chaos insued and the banks did not know how to dispose of these assets.

Stephan learned at that time at a still very young age, that "profit come from chaos", and if you have a strong foundation for your investment strategy, you will not only be "ready" when the chaos hits but you will be excited about it because you have already spent years preparing for it and realize the opportunity it creates.

After building the largest real estate community on LinkedIn "The Real Estate Networking Group", and harnessing the marketplace functionality of eBay for the real estate sector with the website platform ListedBy, Stephan orgainically found what his true calling was and best ability. 

To use the massive platforms he had helped build to share his love of real estate, knowledge and access with his several million members in his various networks. 

Stephan by need for his own businesses had helped build an extremely powerful traffic resource and infrastructure that today has the ability to communicate with literally millions of like minded people, investors, agents and so on.

Stephan humbly and passionatley relishes the opportunity to connect in various ways with his network, both with generating educational content for the real estate sector, to leveraging Stephans high level connections to create opportunity for his fellow members, to hosting weekly webinars on real estate investing.  Stephan has a burning desire to connect with all of you and to hopefully add value to you as a real estate investor or professional the way that so many mentors have added value to Stephan throughout the years.

In 2017 with the growth of the network Stephan humbly hopes to take the educational platform to a new level and create an army of self aware real estate investors.
